In 1999 Phipps debuted Garden Railroad, a delightful annual display featuring lush living landscapes dotted with whimsical props and traversed by model-scale trains. This exhibit, housed in the South Conservatory during flowers shows held in the fall and winter, remains a perennial favorite of visitors of every age.
