Phipps Conservatory Announces Through Your Lens Photo Sweepstakes
Beginning today, fans can share their favorite Phipps moments for a chance to win.
Pittsburgh, PA — Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens invites fans to enter the Through Your Lens Photo Sweepstakes now through Fri., Aug. 9, sharing the beauty and wonders of Phipps captured through their unique lens.
Encompassing 15 acres including a historic 14-room glasshouse and 23 distinct indoor and outdoor gardens, endless photographic possibilities abound at Phipps. Capture Phipps’ Summer Flower Show: Van Gogh in Bloom which provides dramatic recreations of Vincent van Gogh’s legendary paintings brought to three-dimensional life through vibrant blooms, majestic trees and hand-crafted props, now open. Additional inspiring photo-ready exhibits include Butterfly Forest, gaining an up-close look of some of nature's most prized pollinators alongside their favorite colorful blooms, acclaimed orchid collection, Tropical Forest Cuba, Japanese Courtyard Garden, interactive Discovery Garden and more.
It's easy to enter. Simply submit your photo taken at Phipps on any of the following platforms:

Last year’s photo sweepstakes garnered over a thousand photos, with the goal to surpass this total in 2019 to showcase Phipps' stunning fan photos.
Winners will be selected at random among eligible entries after the sweepstakes ends on Fri., Aug.9. One grand prize winner will receive four admission tickets to Phipps and a $500 gift card for food, drink and shopping to complete their picture perfect day. Twenty second place winners will each receive four admission tickets to Phipps. Limit one entry per person per day. Additional restrictions apply. Hours are 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily and until 10 p.m. on Fridays. Admission is $17.95 for adults, $16.95 for seniors and students and $11.95 for children (2 – 18). Members and kids under 2 enter free.
