August Program: The Gardener's Kitchen

You have had great success with your garden this year and it is overflowing with delicious vegetables, but how are you going to fit them all on your plate?  Join us for our member exclusive cooking class where we use fresh seasonal produce to create delicious dishes. Use your bumper crop of zucchini to make crispy fritters topped with a fresh take on corn salsa. Then turn your tomatoes, basil and cucumbers into a spicy Thai salad. All dishes are vegetarian and gluten free for a garden fresh meal that won't weigh you down.
