Center for Sustainable Landscapes
The Center for Sustainable Landscapes (CSL) is a 2.9 acre site with a 0.2 acre building footprint, 1.5 acre landscape and 1.15 acre hardscape. The CSL is 24,350 square feet with southern orientation. The building generates all of its own energy and treats all storm and sanitary water captured on-site. It is the first and only building to meet seven of the highest green certifications: Living Building Challenge, LEED Platinum, Net-Zero Energy, SITES Platinum, WELL Building Platinum, BREEAM Outstanding In-Use building and Fitwel 3 Star Rating.
