Cut trees and holiday blooms were decorated and arranged to bring the famous “Nutcracker” ballet to life this winter, including a candy cannonball “battle” between toy soldiers and mice; a gingerbread house and a landscape of peppermint, cocoa and other edible plants; and a snowy forest filled with glowing lights, white flowers, snowflakes and floating fairies.
