In addition to lilies, tulips and hydrangeas, guests at the 15th annual Spring Flower Show were treated to a stroll through Phipps’ growing collection of tropical plants, ferns and the debut of an “old-fashioned garden” featuring stars-of-Bethlehem, wallflowers and shrubs.
