Botany in Action at the Tropical Forest Congo Festival!

By The Science Education and Research Department

Learn about the Botany in Action (BIA) and Science Communication programs here at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens and chat with one of our very own Botany in Action Fellows, Rebecca Dalton this Saturday, February 20th at our Tropical Forest Congo Festival!

Rebecca is a graduate student in ecology at Duke University in Durham, NC where she's examining the relationship between phenology and the ability of two plant species to coexist, with the ultimate goal of her research being to understand the role that competition plays in regulating species responses to climate change.

If you'd like to learn more about Rebecca's research, Botany in Action and Science Communication at Phipps stop by the Tropical Forest Congo Festival, free with Conservatory admission, this Saturday, February 20th between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM!
