Phipps Conservatory Offers a New Season of Adult Education Classes
Students Can Now Enroll in a Variety of Phipps Classes as May – August Season Kicks Off
Pittsburgh, PA – Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is thrilled to offer a wide array of new classes for adults! From gardening classes to culinary arts to floral design, there is an enriching program for everyone to enjoy. Phipps’ course schedule includes both in-person and virtual classes, providing learning opportunities to suit a wide range of lifestyles.
The following are select courses being offered to students this season:
- How to Grow a Cut Flower Garden | May 20
- New Garden Design on a Budget | June 5
- Botanical Drawing I | In-person: June 14, 21 and 28 or Online: June 24; July 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29
- Dried Floral Wreath | May 7 or June 11
- Living with Flowers: Floral Design at Home | June 24, July 8 and 22, Aug. 5 and 19
- Orchids 101 | May 20
- Beginner Bonsai | May 22 or July 24
- Food Photography | May 31
- Flavors of the Caribbean | May 13, June 3 or July 8
