- Tour of Italy: A Night in Lombardia | 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Join Chef Justin Melnick for a culinary tour of Italy! Chef Justin, trained in Italy, will teach you how to make Risotto alla Milanese & Scallop al Limone. - Orchids 101: Orchid Diversity and Care| 7 – 9 p.m
Explore the wide variety of orchid species and learn more about what makes an orchid unique in the plant kingdom. Plus, learn the essentials for growing orchids at home, including how to successfully repot an orchid.
Tues., March 1:
- Drawing Bulbs, Corms, Rhizomes and Tubers | 1 – 4 p.m.
Combine observation and drawing skills to depict the four different geophytes: bulbs, corms, rhizomes and tubers.
Thurs., March 3:
- Taste of the Season: March: Levelled Up Comfort Food | 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Join Chef Emily this winter in tasting the seasons and learn how to make Toasted Gnocchi with Bacon, Goat Cheese and Chives using fresh ingredients.
Fri. March 4:
- Tropical Beverages: Cocktails and Mocktails from Hawai‘i | 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Grab a partner and join Drew Cranisky and Hanna Mosca in this virtual, hands-on tropical cocktail workshop. Drew will teach us how to make the perfect island beverage while Hanna highlights the botanical properties of the fruits, vegetables and herbs used.
