This spectacular new show will feature brilliant horticultural displays and breathtaking fashion designs inspired by Billy Porter's local roots and iconic array of accomplishments as an award-winning actor, singer, director, composer and playwright. - Ikebana International Exhibit

A dynamic exhibit at the Center for Sustainable Landscapes (and now online) addresses the pressing environmental issues of our time and proposes a new way of thinking about how to solve them.
Tues., April 25:
- Corsage and Boutonniere | 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Just in time for prom and wedding season, this hands-on workshop will teach you how to construct wrist corsages and boutonnieres that will be durable enough to withstand all the hugging, dancing and celebrating but are also still stylish and comfortable. - Backyard Gardening Series: Easy to Grow Backyard Fruit | 7 – 8:30 p.m.
In this virtual gardening series, learn all the basics for starting your backyard garden, from planting seeds to harvesting fruit and everything in between. Learn the differences between types of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries and how to purchase, plant, and maintain them.
Wed., April 26:
- In-Person Story Time | 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Kids will love visiting Phipps to listen to our storyteller weave tales about gardens, fruits, vegetables, animals and other fun topics. Attend weekly sessions with a special child in your life! - Charcuterie Board | 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Join Chef Emily in learning what makes the perfect charcuterie board. This class teaches knife skills, balancing flavors, plating techniques, and seasonal substitutions.
Thurs., April 27:
- Compassion, Nature and Regeneration: A Meditation, Way of Life and Discussion | 9:30 a.m. – Noon
Discover how to channel your compassion for self and others into a commitment to care for nature, our home, through regenerative impact trained by a guided meditation and presentation.
