Let’s Move Pittsburgh and YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh Family Yoga

Join us for a free, family friendly yoga session in one of the city's most beautiful spaces.

Whether you're a yoga aficionado or trying it out for the first time, grab your mat, head to Phipps and bring the kids! Let's Move Pittsburgh and the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh are pleased to present a free, family-friendly yoga class on our historic front lawn. Led by a certified YMCA yoga instructor, this is a great way for people of all ages to get some stress-free exercise. This event is free to attend, but advance R.S.V.P. is required, as space is limited. Participants are asked to arrive 30 minutes early and bring their own water and yoga mat or towel. The session lasts approximately one hour. Participants need not pay admission to Phipps Conservatory unless they plan to tour the Conservatory after the session.

This month's Family Yoga session is being held as part of A SUPER. NATURAL. Summer with UPMC Health Plan, a all-day family event with games, cooking demos, crafts, healthy tips and more. Learn more and plan to join the fun!
