Be amazed by the world of plants by taking part in engaging activities in the Conservatory and outdoor gardens—from growing your own vegetables to learning how to draw them. Have fun connecting to nature while also learning about conservation and sustainability, art and science, and healthy living! Each camp day includes a healthy plant-related snack.

Beat the winter blues at Phipps! This February, Phipps is offering a winter version of the popular Little Sprouts Camp for 2- and 3- year-olds. Campers will explore their five senses, as well as the Conservatory, during this hands-on camp, learning about plants through activities, games, stories, and songs.
2&3 year-olds must be accompanied by an adult.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Phipps with a day filled with flowers! Use a variety of real flowers and plants to make beautiful gifts that put a new spin on the traditional valentine. Design holiday snacks and desserts out of healthy dark chocolate that will be sure to impress your loved ones!

Be a natural beauty at Phipps! Learn to create your own chemical-free beauty products – from lip balm to perfume – and learn helpful tips about organic beauty. Make healthy snacks from our gardens to keep your inside as beautiful as your outside and use recycled materials and natural dyes to create a beautiful ombre scarf.

Join us for our annual mother/daughter day and learn how to create your own organic beauty products – from lip balm to perfume – in the beauty of the Conservatory. Make healthy snacks from the vegetable garden to keep your inside as beautiful as your outside. Craft a sachet from dried flowers to make your home smell sweet all summer long!
For girls ages 10-12 and their mothers. Pairs sign up together for a joint price.

With their favorite companion (you!), campers will explore Phipps' gardens, searching for colorful flowers, fluttering butterflies, and crawly critters. Campers will learn how to treat their plant and animal friends with respect, as well as the importance of eating healthy snacks from the garden.
